1800 sq ft of fun and relaxation is waiting for you in this beautiful home. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a walk in shower that will leave you speechless! Game room has a 75” HD smart TV with Netflix and WIFI. Enjoy a game of pool, while fixing something to eat in the large kitchen. A full laundry room is available for your convenience. All three bedrooms boost beds fit for royalty. Home has air conditioning and plenty of parking. This home is centrally located in Idaho Falls and is self entry.

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.
