Keep it simple at this peaceful, unique,and centrally-located private getaway. Farmhouse theme with a big deck porch and views of the backyard and garden. Private pathway entrance from the street. Big soaker tub(50 gallon water heater) The electric fireplace and the led lights in bathroom create a romantic atmosphere. Enjoy the fantastic views out of the all around windows and cozy up to the gas fireplace in the winter or the expansive patio deck to enjoy nature in the summer. Enjoy the fabulous restaurants and town of Sandpoint just minutes away. Just across the road is a lazy river where you can sit and fish, or enjoy the sound and beauty of nature's finest.

Experience Idaho at this one-of-a-kind, chalet-style home! Centered on 2-acres of mature trees and orchards and surrounded by ranch land, privacy abounds. You will feel like you're in the mountains and your only visitors will be elk and deer. The timber-built home is unlike anything you’ve seen with 30ft-lodge poles running from the basement to the cathedral-like living room ceiling. Almost an entire 25ft high wall of windows makes this home feel like a luxurious extension of the outdoors.

With three levels, four bedrooms, and ample living spaces, there's room for everyone. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, covered deck with propane grill, and beach area on the river. Inside, relax by the wood fireplace, play pool or foosball, and soak in the claw foot tub. The cabin also has a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and multiple seating areas for games and socializing.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this home offers a full kitchen, living area, laundry, natural gas fireplace, large hot tub, and plenty of parking. Located 9 miles from Schweitzer Village and a 5 minute drive to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, and a 12-minute drive to downtown Sandpoint. Please be aware that train tracks are nearby and the train runs day and night. There will be intermittent train noise.

This modern single level cabin will ensure your comfort during a relaxing vacation in the Idaho woods. A cozy wood stove and electric heat in each room keep the cabin toasty and warm during winter nights as you cook in the open kitchen or watch a show on the smart TV. When it's warm out, you can sit out on the deck and take in the forest and views of Lake Cascade. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Ample parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway.

Chalet St. David

Come enjoy this classic 1970's ski chalet located 1 and a half minutes from the base of Schweitzer. This home is newly updated. Once you get there you can hop on the shuttle and enjoy the scenic ride up the mountain. It is also 1 minute from the Bonner County fairgrounds. Enjoy hiking, skiing and lake activities in Sandpoint. We welcome families, ski teams, and referees to the Mountainview Chalet. It has a wheelchair accessible bathroom and bedroom.
