Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Boise designed for comfort and quiet connection. Inside you’ll find a large bedroom with a king bed, a living room, and kitchenette with dining space. Outdoors, enjoy two seperate spaces, one with a fire-pit and bbq and the other with a hot tub and lounge area. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a solo escape, or a peaceful home base while exploring Boise, our little snug offers the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and personality.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Before exploring Idaho’s great outdoors and many activities, grab breakfast at Max & Louie’s Cafe which shares the builing with us. Then enjoy a private 3rd story rooftop hot tub, a fireplace, heated bathroom floors and a king size bed.

Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Designed with coziness and tranquility in mind – wood stove, warm lighting, vintage furnishings, and a spacious deck to enjoy the views and wildlife.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish eco studio situated on 6 acres out Indian Creek. Vaulted ceilings, private patio, japanese bidet toilet, modern kitchen (house was completed in 23'), loft (not appropriate for kids under 7), all lime-stucco interior and exterior, AC, radiant heat, wifi, and living roof! Enjoy the amazing mountain views and wildlife only 5 minutes from Hailey. There is an additional charge for 3 people. We cannot accommodate more than 3 people in this studio.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

3 Palms Retreat with River Access, Hot Tub & Sauna

Rest, relax & recharge at 3 Palms guest apartment located on private road above garage. The property is surrounded by forest with lots of wildlife & river views. Meander down to the Middlefork of the Payette River where there is a private beach & swimming hole. Great place to inner tube in the summer months. The bedroom boasts custom king size log bed & furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi, & Roku flat screen TV. Access to hot tub & wood burning sauna to end out your day.

Sage Cottage

Peaceful guest house just 5 minutes from downtown Twin Falls. Our 9 acre property has a gated entrance shared with our home. Beautiful views from the front picture window of rolling farm fields, grazing cows and the south hills. The guest house is surrounded by a small fenced yard with a propane fire pit, tree swing and chairs. My family and I live next door and are happy to help with anything you might need during your visit to Twin Falls.

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.
