The property is easily accessible, being located on the main road on Iza Valley. It has 3 double bedrooms traditionally decorated with objects from the Maramures region. There is also a kitchen and bathroom. There is a big garden where children can play. Cabana Neica : este imaginea perfecta a satului maramuresan de munte, imbinarea confortului cu traditionalul, 3 camere rustice. De aici se pot admira frumoasele peisaje ale zonei, datorita amplasamentului pe culmea unui deal din localitate spre zona de munte. In zona este o liniste deplina deoarece pe raza de cateva sute de metri nu se gasesc alte constructii. Arhitectura constructiilor din cadrul Cabanei este specifica zonei din Maramuresul istoric.
