The condo is 6km away from City Centre,800 m off the tarmac road. It is also near to the famous beach (Coco 4Km) and prime area Oysterbay. It is a cozy house for families and friends. There is a mini-supermarket in the twin building within the compound at the 1st floor for your basic necessities. Note: You will have free 20mbps unlimited WIFI during your stay and electricity worth TZ shillings 50,000.
