Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Conveniently located only a short drive from Ilkley, Skipton and Bolton Abbey it is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Converted in 2024, the property is finished to a high standard, including hot tub, wood burner and full underfloor heating. Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too!
