Welcome to FUN ESCAPE 2, your fun getaway near Starved Rock and Skydive. Great Group Space featuring multiple Game Room areas & Group Canvas Painting. Drive-in themed movie area, arcade, ping-pong table, board games, photo props, pool table, mini golf putt, air hockey & canvas painting. Maximum registered guests is 10, no other visitors. Three vehicle maximum allowed at the property. Penalty of $100 per person for violation of persons over 10. See below detailed description, fun for all.

Oakbrook Akers Lakeside Cabin Retreat

Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the lake, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Built by my father, we hope you cherish your time spent here just as our family has.

School Bus - Farm Stay Sustainable glamp adventure

This solar powered school bus "Schoolie" tiny home is nestled under open skies, near the forest, with a lake front view, a full bed, kitchen with two burner stove & sink, & a cozy couch. Bliss in the heart of the Shawnee National Forest on Interwoven Permaculture Farm, in Lusk Wilderness. Enjoy star gazing, swimming, and campfires. The chorus of nature will lull you at night, & greet you in the morning. It's a beautiful place to wake up! With kitchen, AC/Heater, this is ultimate glamping!!!

The Caboose on Mayberry

Welcome to our mid 1900s caboose TP&W 527 and step back in time. Unwind and relax as you settle into your retreat. Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Wren House in the Woods

This is a lovely private guest house in the woods along a stream Main bedroom has queen bed. Loft has 2 twins. Full private bath with large step in shower. The lighted screened porch and open deck sit above the west creek near the banks of the Middlefork River -- enjoy nature at its midwestern best. This home is surrounded by oaks, maples, and walnut trees, so the birds are all around, along with other wildlife. Down the hill is the Middlefork, designated as a "National Scenic River".

LilyPad-fishing pond, kayaks, trail, country

Perfect for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This country cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I 57 access, and public hunting land and within an hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of a small fishing pond, fishing poles, and kayaks, and hammocks and walking trail. Fish cleaning table and portable bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood available. Outdoor outlet and spigot. Children welcome!

Country cottage tiny home.

This 240sq ft cottage offers big living in a tiny space. The cottage is on our 2 acre property that is used for a hobby farm and primary residence. The cottage features luxury vinyl flooring, granite counter tops and an updated farm house feel. The queen size bed is sure to provide the right amount of comfort. When you wake up, walk on over and grab a cup of coffee from the keurig. Enjoy a walk around to see the goats and chickens before heading off for the day.

Our elevated cabin is perched on a ridge with a deck that is surrounded by trees. Our hope is that you disconnect from life's stresses while at Pere Ridge. Our cabin is located in "the ridge " area of Grafton and is a 10 minute drive to Grafton. **We have removed our hot tub from our listing as of June 2025**
