We are just a 5min stroll from the centre of the village, where you will find a convenience store, fish & chip shop and the spectacular sandy Oxwich Bay beach, stretching to Three Cliffs. Also in walking distance are plenty of countryside walks, the popular Beach House Restaurant, Oxwich Bay Hotel and the castle.

We are in a quiet yet convenient and walkable location for the beaches, coast path, Castle, shops, restaurants & bars in the village of Mumbles. There is free private parking directly outside the house and we are within a 10 min walk of Mumbles village in one direction and the beaches in the other direction
