Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!

The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Guests can enjoy many amenities just 15 minutes away including Sand Harbor State Park, State line casinos and world class golf and mountain biking.
