When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

San Vincente Lake Cabin at SundanceKC

Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

This 1885 Queen Ann home has been completely renovated with hard wood floors, 2 master suites, big screen TV's, a music studio, garage and 5 bathrooms. It's equipped with 1000 MBS internet, Xffinity live TV including HBO and Showtime, bicycles, fishing poles, guitars, baby grand piano, play station and more.
