We are located at pretty much the highest spot in the whole Dharamshala region where you can stay. The cherry on the cake is the attached balcony which has spectacular views of the best sunset you'll see in the mountains.

All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.

Nestled within a serene coffee estate, the "The 4C's Coffee Room", one of the 5 rooms availble in the property, offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, featuring a wardrobe, coffee table, and a private balcony with picturesque views of the surrounding coffee plantation. Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a single bed, the room ensures flexibility and convenience for solo travelers, couples, or small families.

We are located admist lush green coffee planations. Our wooden cabins are cozy and have a jaw dropping backdrop of the Bababudangiri hills. We are located 4500ft above see level and have a spectacular view of the Manikyadhara Falls during monsoon. Last 4kms to the property is off road .We have three cottages in total. (Manikyadhara Homestay Cottage 1, Manikyadhara Homestay Cottage 2 and Manikyadhara Homestay Cottage 3)
