Bagle shop and a Starbucks just across the street. Many other restaurants, grocery stores and beach, just a short walk away!

Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony overlooking the peaceful pond and pool - one of the best views in the complex! Featuring vaulted ceilings with fans, 2 TVs with cable and wifi, fully stocked kitchen, and beach amenities. Guests have access to the heated pool, hot tub, fitness and laundry rooms, free parking. Please note - condo is on 3rd floor with no elevator, but the view is worth it!

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! The kitchen is very well-stocked, but for those who don’t want to cook, there are restaurants galore. Golf course is within 15 min, Disney parks and Cape Canaveral are an hour drive.
