Able to sleep up to 8 people, the condo has modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and a boat slip at an extra fee of $50 a day. Recently renovated from top to bottom, the condo has 3 bedrooms each with a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It's located at the tip of Indian Point Peninsula which is the home of the Silver Dollar City. Only 7 miles to Branson. No elevator in the building.

The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite private bathroom with a jetted tub and balcony access. The covered balcony has a view of the wooded hills above Lake Taneycomo. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed in the open loft area at the top of the stairs without closed doors and the fourth bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds upstairs.
