On 3 acres with its own peninsula, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a floating third level loft fittingly named the Eagles Nest, unlike anything you've seen. Hop in the hot tub & sauna and take in the sounds of the river or cozy up by the fire listening to the vinyl record player.

Located 20 minutes from Mackinaw City and adjacent to trail number 7 with amazing scenery and many opportunities to eat and drink on and off the trail. Cook in the well-appointed kitchen. Petoskey and Harbor Springs, ski and golf resort of Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are approximately 30 minutes away. Home has a Fully equipped kitchen.
