Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 13% discount for 7 nights or more. Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Our suburb is ideal for hiking and bike rides and is 5 km from the CBD. Buses are available close by.

We offer a self contained apartment below our family home. The apartment has a separate garden entrance, a small eat in kitchen , Ensuite off the bedroom, television, plenty of wardrobe space, access to fast wifi. An ideal space for a couple or single person with an extra bed in the lounge room area, which has a trundle suitable for a child. This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.
