Kjøkken med multikomfyr, induksjonsplatetopp, kaffemaskin og vannkoker. Kjøl og frys, oppvaskmaskin. God sofa, som kan være ekstraseng til et barn. Eventuelt kan grindseng settes inn. Nytt flislagt bad med sorte detaljer. Garderobe/walkin. Fint uteområde med hagemøbler, og park ned mot vann. Gapahuk med bålplass kan leies.

Peaceful neighborhood with several playgrounds, a lake and trails. Short distanse from big mall (Moa 5 min) and downtown Ålesund 12 min. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. You have your own floor and your own private entrance. The garden and a playhouse is shared with us when we are home, but we do respect your privacy. You will have your own parking spot, and it is possible to charge an electric car at no charge. Toys, books and tv streaming is available.

Gangavstand til dagligvarebutikk, kjøpesenter, kaféer, kino, sykehus og busstopp. Et unikt utgangspunkt for å utforske den vakre naturen på Sunnmøre, enten du vil gå toppturer, skogsturer eller oppleve alt som kysten har å by på. I sentrum finner du den nydelig jugendstilarkitekturen som Ålesund er så kjent for!

Nyoppusset leilighet med egen inngang og to soverom. Langevåg sentrum og Devoldfabrikken når du på ca 4 min med bil. Fantastiske Sulafjellet ligger like ved. Langevåg byr på disk-golfbane og flotte turløyper i nydelig natur. Fra Langevåg går det hurtigbåt til Ålesund. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, bad med dusj, wc og vaskemaskin og egen badstu. Kjøkkenet har micro, oppv.mask., kjøleskap/fryser, kaffetrakter og vannkoker og har ellers det en vanligvis trenger.

Fjord-view apartment

You have the entire 66 sqm apartment to yourself. The apartment is located 10-15 minutes from the city center. It's on the third floor, with windows offering views of the fjord and mountains. There is also balcony. Next to the house there is kindergarten where children can play after 17:00 o’clock. This apartment is a great location for exploring Ålesund and just a short 10-15minute walk to the centrum, shopping, bars and restaurants.

Leilighet i enebolig med egen inngang, 2 soverom, bad (toalett/dusj med varmekabel), åpen stue med fullt utstyrt kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Leilighet er ca 45 kvm. Her er WiFi, TV (fiber). Stedet mitt er bra for de som reiser alene og bedriftsreisende (2 senger: en dobbel og en enkel) og par. Dyr- og røykfri leilighet med god plass ute :) Parkeringsplass og fine turmuligheter. Håndklær og sengetøy følger med.

Large, newly built apartment (80 square metres) in the Hatlane area of Ålesund. Located about 5 kilometres from city centre, it takes 8 minutes by car. Big terrace/outside area and free parking for 1 car. It is close to bus stop, petrol station, pharmacy and supermarket. The flat is on the 1st floor. There is room for 7 people. You rent the whole apartment. You don't share anything with me or anyone else :)
