We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

Nestled in a quiet setting surrounded by large pine trees, this cottage-like home is a short drive to everything: Downtown East Lansing: 10 min. MSU campus: 10 min. Downtown Lansing: 15 min. Okemos: 6 min. Lake Lansing Park: 4 min. Starbucks: 7 min. Costco: 2 min. This is an older house (built in 1800), so it is more "basic" than a modern "upscale" property. The renovated property has air conditioning unit to put a chill in the air if needed. There is a full bath, with access to shared laundry room two doors down. The unit has a tv with Youtube TV and access to other streaming channels if you use your own log-ins. We also have internet access so you can work or play. There is parking in the rear.
