Austwick is a lovely little village with everything you need; a great pub and village shop. Get away from it all in a little bit of paradise!

There are many walks from the cottage across fields, through woods and along the peaceful River Greta. It is in perfect striking distance for walking and exploring the Dales and Lake District. Ingleton, Kirkby Lonsdale and Settle are all within easy reach. The Three Peaks challenge is nearby.

Relax at this peaceful retreat in the Lune Valley , ideal for couples or families with one child , on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and only a short drive from the Lake District. A Scandi style property situated in a two acre field surrounded by woods, chickens and wildlife. In the summer you can enjoy dining al fresco on both terraces, designed to catch the sun all day.

There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

Located on the village square Bear Cottage is in the heart of Ingleton, with cosy open plan living downstairs, 1 double bedroom, tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc, the lounge area has a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, fast wifi, smart speaker. There are smart low energy electric radiators throughout, a small well behaved dog is also welcome downstairs.
