It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub 'The Riflemans Arms'.

The views are stunning with panoramic views of lakeland fells and over Brotherswater. The place is pet friendly and perfect for guests who love the outdoors. Classic walks straight from the door and secure storage available for mountain bikes and canoes. After a day in the fells, toast your toes by the wood burning stove or enjoy the sunshine in the private south facing garden.

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Well Cottage is centrally located in the small, charming market town of Settle sleeping 1-2 people. Ideally situated at the end of the High Street with free parking for 1 car. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

Ingleside Cottage is a 200 year old stone cottage, boasting a quirky layout and impressive split level garden area.  It is ideally situated to explore the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, including the famous Ingleton Waterfall Trail and Ingleton Cave. Burton-in-Lonsdale is a compact village of 600 residents within a short walking distance from the community shop. Unfortunately the village pub is temporarily closed (01/03/24) as it is for sale.
