Anderby Creek was voted one of the UK's best undiscovered beaches by AOL, The Times & The Telegraph. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Luxury coastal cottage with private beach access

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

My one bed chalet is in a quiet park but close to everything! A couple’s retreat with everything you could want in my 'holiday home from home'! The king size bed offers a comfy nights sleep in the spacious bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge and plenty of hot water. The living room has a smart TV and free WIFI. The Aircon unit will keep you warm or cool and heaters in every room. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Enclosed veranda with seating.

Seaways Holiday Park offers a lovely quiet site where a leisurely stroll along the seafront to the left takes you to Ingoldmells (Fantasy Island theme park, amusements, indoor markets, designer outlets) & to the right takes you to Skegness Right next door to Butlins you can purchase day passes online & enjoy rides, entertainment, waterparks etc We are also very close to Mablethorpe & Chapel st Leonard's too FB group - Seaways Sanctuary, Skegness for more to do/places to eat & offers :-)

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Ingoldale Caravan Park is also just a 10 minute walk from Fantasy Island and 5 minutes walk to the beach.

This beautifully presented 35x12 foot caravan offers large living spaces without compromising on storage. We have double glazing, central heating, decking and wifi log in details are on the router. It has recently been furnished and bedding is included in your stay but please bring your towels. We have direct access to the beach and cafe and Fantasy Island is a 5 minute walk and Sealand's pub is across the road.
