Urban Carriage House Close to ATL BeltLine

A large modern carriage house in Atlanta, GA with quick access to the BeltLine. This open space studio features a comfy queen bed, free high speed wifi and a big screen smart TV. There is a dual purpose dining table/desk with an ergonomic task chair. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities to prepare your culinary feasts. Amenities includes a spacious full tile shower and a full size stackable washer and dryer. Enjoy sunsets on the outdoor deck with seating and a gas BBQ grill. With lots of light and a private setting this carriage house offers privacy with the feel of being in a tree house. This urban oasis creates a wonderful setting to enjoy Freedom Park with direct access to the Atlanta Eastside PATH trail and connectivity to the famous Atlanta BeltLine. This home was recently featured on the 2018 Tour of Homes. You'll have private access to the entire Carriage House. Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. I have to keep the environment completely free of dander. One (1) car is permitted to park in the driveway. Checkout the “House Manual” for more details on the property.
