Hello! We have a magnificent four-bedroom, two-bathroom Terrace home, with parking/rear lane access and a spacious sunny courtyard, in the amazing suburb of Newtown. Beautifully renovated. French antiques. 500 metres walk to King Street. Just three kilometres from the centre of Sydney Australia. Close walking distance to two train stations. There is a major shopping centre (Woolworths, Kmart, and 60 specialty stores) less than 200 meters away. Brilliant location. Parties or events not allowed.

Our boutique garden cottage offers a queen b/room, separate lounge, kitch, bath/laundry. Blow up mattress for extra guests. Located Inner West, a 15 min car ride via the M8 to the airport. A 4 min walk to the light rail, 15 mins to Darling Harbour and 20 mins to Central Station. CBD is very close. Guests are welcome to use the pool and BBQ area at own risk. Leichhardt, on the flight path, offers a wonderful experience with restaurants, and bars a 10 min walk to the vibrant Norton St.
