The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Der Stadtteil Pradl liegt nahe des Zentrums, der Universität und der Messe. Die Sozialwissenschaftliche und Theologische Fakultät, sowie auch das MCI ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel einzukaufen.
