Inside the home is a beautiful decorated full-size kitchen, and comfy living/dining room etc. In addition you have access to Lake in back for fishing. Our stylish home is located near downtown Jax area, you will have easy access to Walmart, restaurants, 20 mins to the beautiful beaches, Blue Springs, historic sites, NASJax, airport, seaport, & college campus nearby and many other attractions. We look forward to your stay in our home.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Minutes to major shopping and restaurants and just 15 minutes to Jacksonville beach. Only 10 min to TIAA Bank Field to see the Jaguars or enjoy your favorite events. Home features a scenic backyard with lake views. You can sit on the fishing deck or relax on the dining family deck . If you like to kayak, go for it. Then come back to enjoy a nice evening with family or friends around the firepit.

Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .
