"CRYSTAL SUNRISE", walk or drive to ICW or Beach!

Our space is a newly remodeled two bedroom, one bathroom mid century home, all on ground level (two steps to get in and out). The new beach color paint scheme and beach themed accents let our guest know they are on holiday/ vacation at the beach. When you come back from a long day out soaking up the sun, playing in the sand, and site seeing, you have a quiet, clean, cool place to eat, shower, and rest. The living area/ den, has a brand new 55" smart TV with wireless wifi. We have a library of DVDs and Blu-ray disc, too include kid friendly movies. The bedrooms also have smart TVs, incase some want to watch something different. There is no cable TV included. With the smart TV you can access your NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME TV, whatever you may have a membership with. We supply Beach towels, bathroom towels, sheets, and bed spreads. This is a BIG PLUS because some homes don't offer this service. There is a private studio/ office/ Apartment attached that has no access for guest, only used by host. We stay in it on occasion. We do not bother the guest in the house unless we are needed. All that is ask of our guest is that they treat our home as though it was their home. Please respect and take care of all contents, so we can keep it as nice as it was upon arrival. Please remember there are guest coming in after you. Light /Open floor plan, & view of the ICW. Sunset & Ocean Isle Beach are a short ride. Upstairs:1 BR, Queen sized bed. Living room: Queen sleeper sofa & Full-size futon mattress for the floor. Recliner for watching the waterway. Desk & fast internet to work remotely. Down: kitchen & washer/dryer. Private walkway & entry to the Studio. EZ parking, even if towing. Breakfast items are included for your use: Eggs, English muffins, Oatmeal, Grits, various teas & coffees, and Reverse Osmosis water.

Salty Air Retreat

Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Charming Historic Downtown Cottage

A unique opportunity to stay in the brand-new guesthouse of one of Wilmington's legendary downtown historic homes dating to 1895! Morvoren Cottage is just 4 blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown with private off-street parking. Have a drink on your private porch then catch a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion or Greenfield Lake. Nearby is the Castle Street District with tasty eateries and brunch! Plus, it's just a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville or Carolina Beaches!

We keep the wood stocked for you! We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and kayaks to use during your stay. Even enough space to park your boat for joy riding or fishing!!

No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.
