Port Moluag House, Isle of Lismore

Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

The Stable Loft on Loch Tummel

A unique setting, right on the shores of Loch Tummel surrounded by the scenery of the Perthshire countryside, The Stable Loft is cosy, spacious holiday accommodation within a 200-year-old farmhouse and is formed within a converted hayloft. The Stable Loft is perfect for a family holiday, fishing, wild swimming or water-sports holiday and also a romantic getaway. It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

Ideally located for gentle strolls from the house to the local beach and to explore this Scottish Site of Scientific Interest. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

Relax by the woodburning stove, boil a cup of tea in the whistling kettle while you watch the birds, or walk 80m to the loch to wild swim, fish, read in one of the hammocks or have a barbecue. Lie out on dark evenings to watch the stars, enjoy the silence and escape from the demands of the modern world..

Otter Bank, one of 2 cottages of Heron Bay Holidays is a large log cabin on the shores of Loch Linnhe sleeping 4. A fully equipped kitchen and open living/dining room with a wood burning stove and double doors that lead onto a large deck with furniture and bbq. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with power shower and walk in wardrobe, and double doors leading to the deck. The Little House is a charming self contained cottage standing in its own grounds surrounded by its garden. The beach is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are plenty of local walks and many more further afield. The Little House is surrounded by farm land, with sheep and cows grazing. The entrance is through a gate and there is ample parking.
