Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Country hideaway 10 mins from Launceston CBD

Nestled in the hills surrounding Launceston is where you will find this modern country style accommodation only 10 minutes from the city and Launceston's premier attraction the Cataract Gorge. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a night star gazing with hot or cold drink in hand telling stories around the fire pit. Look out for surrounding wildlife including wallabies, bandicoots, cockatoos and kookaburras or take a well deserved break indoors with quality furnishings to make your stay comfortable.

George Town is a gateway to picturesque Low Head featuring 1860's Pilot Station with coffee shop, Museum, Light house and Penguin Walk. East Beach is simply beautiful. The Wine Trail includes some of the best Tasmanian wines including Piper's Brook and Jantz. There's plenty to do and we're delighted to guide you.
