With less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Inverness, you can easily visit our amazing local restaurants and shops. For the boaters, the main boat ramp on Lake Henderson is a 2 minute drive! Enjoy the dock that has room to park up to 2 large boats, and offers great fishing even if you don't own a boat! The Withlacoochee State Trail is only a half mile away, with sidewalk access all the way!

Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Minutes from downtown Inverness, shopping, restaurants, boat launch, parks and the Withlacoochie walk/ride trail. Perfect get away whether for a few days or a snow bird experience. Fully fenced back yard makes the home pet dog friendly; however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.
