The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, first bathroom, living room, balcony with dining area and the private heated swim spa. On the first floor you'll find the master bedroom, the second bathroom and the balcony with the heated jacuzzi. The maisonette includes everything anyone can ask from a holiday home. We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.
