Villa Giulia benefits from a unique location: just 5 minutes on foot from the village, yet set in a peaceful area, and 15 minutes on foot from the beaches of Mylopotas, and Kolitsani. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can host 6-7 guests. It has a living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, AC, smart TV and washing machine. It offers two outdoor dining areas: a private sea-view patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven and a pool area shared with another residence. The villa has its own private parking

M Petite Studio

Welcome to our bright and welcoming studio, built with respect for traditional Cycladic architecture. Whitewashed walls, modern touches and natural materials create a serene and authentic atmosphere. The studio ia located in the centre of town,(might have a noise in the night) The studio includes: • A comfortable double bed • A fully equipped kitchenette for preparing breakfast or light meals • A tasteful bathroom with a traditional-style shower • Air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi

海景和阳光 II

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (about 200m dirt road, car/ATV always recommend). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

The area is generally peaceful and the visitor may enjoy the most relaxing holiday .The apartment is a home from home,in a very beautiful part of Ios, 25 km from the main village. There are only tree taverns by the beach . No Super Markets No bars.
