Doll house in Kea Ioulida / Chora, Cyclades

Kea is the nearest Cycladic island to Athens and Attica in general. Within one hour from the port of Lavrio you find yourself to be on a gorgeous island and away from it all! If you want to "party all night", Kea isn't the best place to be. Kea is more about relaxing, strolling around, enjoying beautiful sites and swimming in clear waters. Of course there are several spots where one can have a drink and listen to music, but for pure "partying" you'd better choose another island... Ioulis is the capital of Kea (hence the unofficial name "Chora"), 5 km from the sea and is built on a hill side. The access to cars or bikes stops when you face the first houses; then begin the pathways and the wide stonestairs. Can't get more traditional than that! Our house is very close to the town centre; less than 2 minutes walk. It has 3 doll-like levels; 12-15 sq.m. each! It is very traditionally equipped and decorated, but also with modern commodities (LCD TVs, DVD-player, no-frost fridge, kitchen stove, washing machine, electrical radiator in every room). As for internet access in the house, I use a (wireless) wifi mobile router that works with a 4G data-SIM-card that gives more than satisfying internet speed. It has a kitchen room, a living room, a bedroom with a big double bed, a toilette room (with a bathtub) and a small WC, a beautiful terrace... ...and an incredible view, both from the terrace and the bedroom windows!

Villa Luna has been stylishly decorated and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest w.c. There is a swimming pool, outdoor dining for 12 people, a BBQ and an amazing sea and sunset view. Only a 3 minute drive to restaurants, bars, etc

Vourkari House

Beautiful new house in Vourkari. Fully equiped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and a panoramic view of the bay from the roof garden. The house is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Authentic Kea island house

Authentic kea house is located on a cliff with a beautiful view, quite remote but also close to places and combines a rural life with comfortable modern elements. The house is close to the stores, restaurants and beaches and provides the perfect spot for authentic Greek vacation! It has one big main room with two double beds and two single comfortable sofa beds in a second area that locks from the other. There is a big spacious veranda for relaxation and view of the sunset.

Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use.
