Brickhouse Loft- East Side

This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. The space is the perfect combination of old historic charm with a modern urban flair with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the front windows. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. The spa inspired bathroom has numerous amenities included.

This elevated second story apartment has an incredible view of the historic downtown square and courthouse. Bring your group to be in a centralized location near dining/bars , shopping, museums, and a movie theatre. Accommodations for a group of seven is ideal for getaways or special occasions. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

The Loft on Lloyd is quiet and private with everything you'll need for a visit to Decorah. The space is new construction with an open floor plan. You'll want to be pretty comfortable with each other if more than 2 are staying! There is an outdoor staircase leading to the private second story entrance, endless hot water, and one off-street parking space. Located just 3 blocks from downtown it is an ideal location to take advantage of all things Decorah.

Dixon Block Loft

Dixon Block loft is a historical building renovated into a beautiful 2 bedroom loft apartment. Old historic charm is embedded into the style. Overlooks charming town square. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We live locally to assist with anything needed. We can't wait for you to enjoy the local small town charm. Many events happen in December, Lighted Christmas Parade. In the summer time, the town square has many concerts.
