Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Beautiful boat, Amazing location

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Amazingly warm and cosy, with heating, Everything you need for a few days away, with a coffee machine, TV, fireplace, 2 x bathrooms,hot shower, 1 x double, 2 x single, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Free on site parking. Private Hot tub, Balcony & Parking Apartment

This is a my unique flat with a large terrace with all day sunshine. The private Balcony has a Private Hot tub and Furniture on. Very close to Ipswich Town Football Club. The apartment has a Smart Tv box(NETFLIX etc) and FREE WIFI, Ninja Air Fryer Train Station is 200m and a 2 minute walk to Cardinal Park where you can find Restaurants and Cinema. Ipswich Waterfront is 5 minute walk where you can find a Marina surrounded by Restaurants and Bars. 10 minute walk from the town centre

Newly built 2 bedroom bungalow decorated and furnished, with large patio. Great for families with children or couples. The living room has two comfy sofas. Freeveiw TV and DVD. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with glassware and crockery, a dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. With kitchen table for four. Utility with washing machine. Bedroom one has king size bed with on-suite shower. Bedroom two has two single beds. Main bathroom with bath and shower.

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

With 3 traditional country pub that serve food and the Stutton community centre that sells local produce you will be stuck for choice!

This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a modern town centre, residential building with on site secure free parking. It’s located in the heart of Ipswich where you will find plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. The Waterfront is also just a short walk away. Ipswich train station providing quick access to London, Norwich, Felixstowe and the Suffolk countryside is just a 15 minute walk.

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
