Nursing Station - SouthWest

Welcome to quiet and beautiful Apex, the original inuit settlement of Iqaluit. We have tundra at our doorstep and wilderness just across the street, great for hiking - and skiing in the winter. The old Nursing Station was built in 1955 and is one of the oldest buildings. It has endured every blizzard so far. Only 5 min. walk to the shore and the old Hudson Bay post.
