You will enjoy our private guesthouse with a 2nd floor balcony that makes you feel like you are in the trees. 2 bedrooms with king bed and master bathroom. 2nd BR has 3 bed's and owners have extra beds to bring in if needed. The owners reside next door, but you'll have full access to the lovely yard, fire pit, dock, grill and lake front. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, from the owners dock. Dock space available to tie one boat up to 22'. $75 pet fee

The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. Property is just off of I40 and I77 and conveniently located less than 5 minutes to various shopping venues and restaurants. It is just down the block from the Iredell Health System.
