Lake Front house steps away from the water, Private dock on the homeowners property. Updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new HVAC system Use the 2 Kayaks, fish off the pier or play in the lake! What an excellent experience since Feb 2017, over 360, 5*star reviews through 2024. Highlight: We had three different couples kayaked to the small private Island and were engaged having a memory of a lifetime*** we're happy to continue to host! 2 night min.

Brand new 1 bedroom apartment over the detached garage w/ a large open living room, pull out couch, separate dining area and full kitchen. This amazing home away from home has it all with views of a beautiful pool. Just 3 blocks from main street & Davidson College. If your in Davidson, then take advantage of walking to town for an amazing meal, or take in a Davidson Basketball game or shop in the unique and local shopping. Davidson has consistently been rated one of the top cities in NC.

Guest description: “tiny house vibe in the best way!” *NO CLEANING FEE* Iredell Hospital 3.7 miles, Downtown Statesville 4.8 miles, Statesville Regional Airport 5.2 miles, CLT 50 miles. We ❤️ well-mannered pets w/prior approval. (Sorry, no cat's at this time). It’s a small space, so not well-suited to kids.

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment. Located on a property in small subdivision, on a cul-de-sac all alone. With dozens of acres of woods behind it. This makes for a very secluded & peaceful stay. Great for business people wanting to work from the place they stay. Also, excellent for those who like to sleep in late, & it includes black out shades. The bed is medium firmness with a topper included. The property is located just minutes away from both I-40 & I-77.
