Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. The Turf Cottage

Traditional meets modern in this fully renovated Farm Cottage set on a working smallholding. A spacious loft bedroom with a cosy reading nook overlooks fields and animals, while dramatic mountain and valley views fill the windows with light. Built with locally sourced timber and stone, and finished with custom cabinetry and artisan furnishings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat—perfect after hiking, cycling, farm life, meditation, or nights of lively trad music.

Drummond Tower / Castle

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
