The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

Stunning Bark Point Home on Superior's South Shore

One of a kind, open/loft-concept (see pics: it really is open) artisan-crafted lake home on Superior's south shore: paddle in summer/ice hike in winter. Breathtaking sunsets. 300+ feet of private shoreline or short walk to public beach. Great kitchen. Up to 8 people and most dogs welcome - PET FEE: pets are an extra $25 (there is a place to leave this next to the house manual on the kitchen counter) Scenic huge patio with built-in fire pit (BYO firewood) We hope you love it as much as we do!

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

With quick access to CAMBA mountain bike trails (4 miles to the North End Trailhead), the Birkie Start Area (5 miles), and on an ATV route, it's a great basecamp for your outdoor activities. Sit on the deck and listen to the loons in the summer or warm up next to the woodstove or in the barrel sauna in the winter. Enjoy our trails on 60 acres or take a short drive to local lakes, the Brule River, or Lake Superior. Within walking distance is the Poplar Golf Course and Bar/Grill. At the end of the day, you can relax around a fire under the starry sky. If it is chilly outside enjoy the fireplace and some games, books, or movies!

Log Cabin at Spider Lake

Step back in time in an authentic seventy year old hand hewn log cabin located on a northern Wisconsin lake with no public access. The cabin has all modern amenities. Rental includes two kayaks, a canoe, and a 14 foot fishing boat. The cabin sits of 1.5 wooded acres with 300 ft. of lake frontage. There is no WIFI in the cabin. WIFI is available 3 miles away at the Iron River library 24/7. The cabin has cell service. Nightly rate includes state and local occupancy tax
