Our studio apartment is located on 4+ acres in a quiet country setting. We do not live in a typical neighborhood, but there are other homes in the area. We often see rabbits, deer, squirrels, turkeys, and foxes on our property. The studio is located above a garage, with a private entrance. The studio has a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. The studio features oak floors, granite counters, a walk-in closet, a full bath and a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, hot plate, and toaster oven.

This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area. You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails. Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. The outdoor area features a fire pit, picnic table, and optional grill. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 and 15 mins to I-40!
