Please mind: This is a private home, it is not shared. :) Remodeled mother-in-law's house in the country beautiful area 20 acres to walk on. Restaurant and bar within walking distance less than 1 mile, great food and nice people. Lots of wildlife whether you like to fish,hunt, hike, or just sit back and take in the nature; Right on the snowmobile trails! I will also set up for special occasions w/ decorations or whatever you'd suggest; Birthdays, Valentine's, you name it! Great WiFi connection.

Welcome to the Cuyuna Wattage Cottage! We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Crosby Casa is by the creek and close to bike trails, downtown, and the beach. Enjoy a short walk to main street where you can eat, drink, and shop. It comes with a bike cleaning station, private locked bike storage, E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), EV car charging at 115V/20A, full kitchen, patio, and washer/dryer. All necessities are provided. It's a neighborhood in town. For anything you may need, please don't hesitate to reach out before and during your stay.

An ideal nature getaway far enough away from town yet a short 10 minute drive to Cuyuna State Rec biking trails.
