Green lake is known for great fishing and is a motorized lake. The home includes two decks overlooking the scenery of the lake, plenty of eagle sightings and unlimited beautiful sunsets!

Extra large lake lot with 150 feet of frontage * dock with dock stairs * lakeside patio with outdoor furniture and fire pit * beach area with loungers * 18-foot pontoon available for rent ($250 for 1 day or get a discounted rate for the duration of your stay). We also provide all the convenience items like paper plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. There are two public boat launches on the lake.

Inside the home you will find a private Sauna, a well-appointed kitchen, two bedrooms with king beds, a living room with huge couch, electric fireplace and a 65" Roku equipped TV.

Conveniently located approximately an hour from the Twin Cities metro, this space is perfect to gather your family and friends for a low-key relaxing Minnesota lake experience with private beach and shoreline. The house has an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, large windows throughout, lake level family/entertainment room, four bedrooms, two baths and a private hot tub spa. Please note, our house is located in a quiet neighborhood and not suitable for parties or large adult gatherings.

Boone Dock Lake House

Boone Dock Lake House is located near Princeton, MN. We offer 90 ft of private sandy beach on Green Lake (a great fishing lake!), a dock, the main house, bunk house, a gazebo & patio, dock & boat lift. We would love to have you & your family enjoy this sunny lake space! * It is important to know that our second bathroom located in the bunk house is not available to use November - April (the cold winter months). That bathroom is not insulated therefore we need to keep it winterize
