Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. CITQ Establishment #290533. Eco-friendly luxury retreat situated on a dead end road just outside the sleepy little town of Mansonville with private pond suitable for swimming. There is a very beautiful pond suitable for swimming and, depending on weather conditions, skating in the winter. We use geothermal energy and have hydronic radiant heated floors throughout the entire house.
