8th Floor beachfront 2B/2B condo at Saida IV. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, a pool-side food and bar cabana (seasonal). It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. Amazing 8th Floor 2 Bedroom in Saida Towers

We love the balcony! This is where we like to spend our time soaking up the awesome ocean view from our bar stool style patio chairs. Our condo easily accommodates 8. We have done away with old fashioned bed spreads and comforters in favor of the modern hotel style triple sheeting technique. A quilted blanket is sandwiched between 2 buttery soft freshley launderd microfiber sheets. With triple sheeting you know that everything on the bed touching your skin has been freshly laundered.
