We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Antonio Caves are a typical example of Santorinian architecture. Constructed in 1901, it was initially used as cave house wine preparation cellar and a bakery built right into the volcanic rock. In 2020 it was renovated completely and converted into 3 autonomous suites sharing a common courtyard Situated in the traditional village of Megalochori in two minutes walking distance from the picturesque square of the village
