Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

Breesha's Cottage - Ballaugh, 4 star self catering

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Castletown Studio - 5 mins from airport

This homely 1 bedroom studio is a perfect solution for your visit to the Isle of Man. It is special place which is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, tourist attractions making it easy to plan your visit be it biking, walking or exploring the Old Capital of Mann (Castletown). The Signet Studio is 5 minutes from the airport and well connected to a frequent bus service. Self-contained studio annex on Douglas riverside

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Located in Port St Mary village, ten minutes from the airport, this is an ideal base whether you're an outdoor type or just want to relax and explore the island. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!

Unique historic lighthouse building in a stunning location with peace and tranquility. Foghorn cottage is only minutes from the capital Douglas and all amenities, but feels so remote and wonderfully free. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. (takes about 5 minutes to walk) Short video is available if required.

TT bookings are only available for 8 or more guests for a minimum of 10 days. A lovely, spacious Victorian house, with modern facilities in a quiet suburb, but close to all local amenities walking distance to the TT course , swimming pool, Mooragh Park. Relax in this calm, stylish space close to the town centre (approx 15 mins walk) and less than a minute from the prom. Close to a small supermarket, cinema, gym and various takeaways. Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
