Blake's Barn is named after the Victorian farmer who built it. The stone barn was sympathetically converted in 1993, maintaining the beautiful original features while bringing it up to modern standards. The mezzanine master bedroom overlooks the open plan living area with the vaulted roof providing a unique airy space. A log burner completes the picture. Large sliding doors lead into the private walled garden with a covered dining area. Blake's Barn has been welcoming guests for over since 1993

Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Locks Farm House is a Grade II listed stone build dating back to 1702. It is a traditional long thatch with the roof also covering the former barn. There are two plain beam reception rooms and two double bedrooms, one with an original panel wall. All the rooms look out onto a walled garden and the Downs surrounding the village. The current owners restored the house lovingly using original materials and remain resident in Niton.
