Our home is in the heart of 'Poldark Country' in West Cornwall close to the cliffs and moors. The area is renowned for the views, the light and the open space. The accommodation is a self contained flat attached to our house with it's own separate entrance. We are in a small village with a pub and Meadery less than 2 minutes walk away. Other attractions nearby are Geevor Tin Mine and St Just. St Ives, with it's artistic buzz and beaches, and busy Penzance are an easy drive or bus ride away.

It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Godrevy

Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.
