Гостевой дом находится в 1200 метров западнее от центра города , в тихом и уютном районе. Гостевой дом состоит из трех корпусов и шале, который вмещает 28 чел. У нас имеется большая столовая , а также баня на дровах. Обширная стоянка с видеокамерами вмещает 4 авто. Расстояние до Каракольской горнолыжной базы 12 км., столько же до берега Иссык-Куля.
