Panorama Villas - One Bedroom Apartment

Panorama Villas is a small adults only resort set on a steep hillside in Ammoudara, only 5 km from Aghios Nikolaos. The One Bedroom Apartments (8 in total) are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. They consist of 3 identical ground floor and 5 first floor apartments all with a twin/double bedroom and 1 shower room. Each apartment has an open-plan living/dining/kitchenette with a two-ring hob, microwave and fridge. French doors lead to terraces or balconies with breathtaking sea views.

The house is easily accessible, with nearby towns like Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos, traditional villages and many beaches.

Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

Tucked away in the ancient village of Limnes is Rustic Nook, a secret hideaway for lovers of life and romance. Entering from the narrow lane into the tiny courtyard, you will be whisked away into a bygone age and perhaps get a taste of the essence of what the building stored many moons ago – an old stone wine press. Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.
