Een zeer mooie moderne design villa (± 190 m2)! 5 slaapkamers met 2 persoonsboxsprings en 3 uitklapbare bedden. 3 badkamers met wastafel, douche, 1 bad en toilet. En een apart toilet. Een supermooie keuken (bulthaup), met cooker, magnetron, oven, koffiemachine, koel- en vrieskas en vaatwasser. Met wasmachine, droger, strijkbout en plank. De villa ligt aan het water met eigen steiger met kano op ruim perceel (±750 m2). Midden in de natuur. Vlak bij Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolfinarium, Walibi etc.

Ons vakantiehuis is gelegen op de prachtigste en rustigste plek aan de rand van recreatiepark 'De Krim' met uitzicht op de 18-holes golfbaan en de duinen van Texel. Dit huis is in 2015 volledig verbouwd en gerenoveerd en biedt veel luxe en comfort en is heerlijk vertoeven zowel in de zomer als winter periode. * Veiliger is altijd eerst een bericht te sturen voor boeking. One minute from the bus station in Edam. 20 minutes from city center Amsterdam, in a safe, causy, quite and child-friendly neighbourhood. Also a 100 mteres from the known Edam cheese markets. From here: visit most of the Netherlands within 2 hours drive. Perfect for a family with one or two children. You will be renting the whole house, with garden. Bathtub in a fully niew bathroom ! This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. The sky is the limit!

De prijzen zijn inclusief zwembad, animatie voor kinderen (animatie in laagseizoen alleen in het weekend) , speeltuinen, wifi. Deze chalet staat op Familiepark Krieghuusbelten tussen Raalte en Ommen en te huur in de periode vanaf 1 april 2024 tot en met 1 oktober 2024. Er word geen schoonmaak kosten gerekend, maar verwachten wel het chalet netjes achter te laten !!!!

Beautiful new house in the woods near the IJsselmeer. Very luxurious, two bathrooms with bath, downstairs bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher oven, microwave and washing machine. Weber barbecue available. Only 5 minutes to the lake and beach. Golf course in walking distance. Nice hiking and biking paths.

Jaren dertig Art Deco school voor meerdere gezinnen. Verbouwd en ontworpen door ons eigen designbureau, zeer veel ruimte door de oude schoolgangen en omgebouwde lokalen tot woonkamer en designbadkamers. We ontvangen GEEN groepen volwassenen in dit huis!

9 HOLE GOLF COURSE AT ONLY 300 MTRS! Amazing self catering apartment in 17th century farmhouse 2 lovely bedrooms with very nice views, complete kitchen, bathroom with rainshower, private entree and lovely private garden. Very peaceful, not isolated!
